Shipping & Delivery Policy
Sarsabz Plants delivers live plants, pots, and gifts nationwide across Pakistan. Shipping fees and free-delivery thresholds are calculated at checkout.
Delivery fees
- Free delivery on orders above Rs 2,999.
- Standard delivery Rs 200 on orders at or below Rs 2,999.
- Payment is cash on delivery (COD) unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Handling and transit times
- Handling: 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Transit: typically 2–5 business days depending on city and courier.
- Remote areas may take longer; we will notify you if delays are expected.
Packaging
Plants are packed to reduce transit stress. Please unpack on arrival, water lightly if the soil is dry, and place the plant in suitable light. Report transit damage within 7 days with photos — see our returns policy.
Failed delivery attempts
Please keep your phone available for courier calls. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unreachable contact details, re-delivery or return-to-sender fees may apply.
