About our service

We sell live plants, pots, and related products online and deliver within Pakistan. Product photos are representative; natural variation in colour, size, and leaf shape is normal for living plants.

Account registration

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can fulfil your order.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and availability may change without notice; the price at checkout applies to your order.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
• Sale prices apply only during the stated promotional period.

Payment

Our primary payment method is cash on delivery (COD). Payment is due when your order arrives unless another method is explicitly offered at checkout.

Delivery

• Delivery is available across Pakistan subject to courier coverage.
• Orders above Rs 2,999 qualify for free delivery.
• Orders at or below Rs 2,999 include a Rs 200 delivery fee.
• Estimated handling and transit times are shown in our product structured data and may vary by city.

Plant care after delivery

Live plants require appropriate light, water, and care after delivery. Care guides on our blog are provided for general guidance. We are not liable for plant health after delivery if care instructions are not followed.

Reviews

Verified customers may submit reviews after a delivered order. Reviews must be honest and must not contain abusive or misleading content. We may remove reviews that violate these standards.

Intellectual property

Website content, logos, product photography, and text are owned by Sarsabz Plants or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse content without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
